Yes. We set up remote viewing on your phone as part of every CCTV installation and test it with you before we leave — live view and recorded playback.
Do you visit the site before quoting?
Yes. Every job starts with a site survey, so the number of cameras, their placement, cable routes and recording storage are based on your actual property.
Which camera type is right for me?
Dome cameras suit indoor spaces and ceilings, bullet cameras suit outdoor walls and long views, and PTZ cameras can pan and zoom across large areas. We recommend the mix during the survey.
Do you service systems after installation?
Yes. We stay reachable on two direct lines for service calls, changes and additions after handover — including filter servicing for water purifiers.
